Request For: Pro Football Request Title: Football Finances Description The finances in all the Pro leagues are completely out of whack and don't make any sense at all. For instance... http://www.dolphinsim.com/coach/cel/ros000.htm This team in the CEL has a current balance of $-22 million and their annual budget is $70 million. Yet, they were allowed to have a roster of $80 million this off-season. Almost every team in CEL has a negative balance, but they continue to overspend with no penalties whatsoever. It's frustrating because I'm staying within the imaginary rules and write press releases as all the other GM's don't. I don't understand if your balance let's say is $-10 million and your annual budget is $75 million at end of season. Then, your annual budget should decrease to $65 million.
