Request Title: Reliever bug
Description
The reliever choices for late/ahead seem to have an issue.
In my Epbl game today I am trying to figure out why my #4 long reliever was chosen to finish the game. My closer was already out but had a setup guy 80% rest and 3 guys @100% rest in the long relief ahead of him with standard as my choice. It seems to be a bug from my view as on standard it should go by list order, if all are rested the same.
Andy asked that I include this with the change request.
Florida: 2, Chicago NL: 4

Admin Notes
So, Emetic was a Cubs' pitcher at the time, so this would have been the Cubs' batting half of the inning.

The lines below with (Florida) relate to Florida's decision to keep a long reliever in the game when down two going into the ninth, which is consistent with standard bullpen usage.

Unfortunately without data from the bottom of the 9th, I cannot shed any more light on why the Cubs opted to use a long reliever at that time so am closing this ticket.

Pythagoras A (Sep 5 17:20:41 2021 ): In a similar vein, I had a game recently that was tied going into the bottom of the 9th, and it chose a long reliever instead of either my closer or top two setup guys, all of which were at 100%. I understand that it might save the closer until I get a lead, but a real life manager would be using the setup guys in that spot before a long reliever.
Loren Smith (Jun 18 12:17:14 2022 ): Just an observation for Pythagoras, my closer is always coming into a tie game in the 9th. I actually have closer use "Less", so maybe the Sabermetric+LOOGy setting for Relief Pattern is what gets him into the game?
