Request Title: Trades with PC
Description
Some of the pro leagues only have a few human owners. It would be nice to allow trades with computer owned teams.
The idea would be that you could attempt to trade with computer owned teams. If the sim believes it to be a close trade, then the trade gets approved.

Concur with other coaches' feedback - CTRADE can be made better but would never be good enough to prevent abuse.

Coach LB: Too many abuse opportunities at this time
Johnny Gunn: I would like this too, but I would suggest that the trade evaluator be somewhat strict so coaches can't abuse this option. For instance, player X is B rated and so is player Y, statistically wise they would have to be similar and not just go on the grade alone. Plus, salaries would have to match or be very similar and age would definitely factor into it.
