Not sure what this is supposed to mean. Your fellow coaches aren't smart?
Note there was a change some time ago to eliminate Bob's influence in the voting if even a handful (5-ish) human coaches vote. I think this should do the trick that is being asked for.

I think we are not enough GMs to vote the allstars.
So the System/Bobs are voting, too, right?

UPDATE and again the 2 best teams in the western Confernce have no allstars! is here something planned?

Agreed. Plus, it would be nice to select 3 players per position other than 2.
