Combine team ratings and O/D ratings in same page. Plenty of white space to roll the O/D ratings as additional columns in team ratings, concentrating information there while also simplifying overall site layout

Admin Notes
Offense and defense computer ratings have been incorporated into the same webpage as the other ratings, and are sortable (unlike the old O/D Ratings page). Links to the old O/D Ratings page will be removed from the league home pages.
