Resurrecting and updating this request. Relative to the 2024-2025 season, the following changes would be needed:

Add Tier 1 Big Ten Conference, with the following teams:
- Michigan (CCHA)
- Michigan St (CCHA)
- Notre Dame (CCHA)
- Ohio St (CCHA)
- Minnesota (WCHA)
- Wisconsin (WCHA)

- Connecticut: AHA -> Hockey East (promotion)
- UA Fairbanks: CCHA -> Indep (demotion)
- Miami Ohio: CCHA -> WCHA
- W Michigan: CCHA -> WCHA
- UA Anchorage: WCHA -> Indep (demotion)
- Bemidji St: WCHA -> CCHA (demotion)
- Michigan Tech: WCHA -> CCHA (demotion)
- Minnesota St: WCHA -> CCHA (demotion)

- Penn State: Big Ten (move from UA Huntsville - Indep)
- Augustana: CCHA

Conference Changes
- WCHC: rename to National Collegiate Hockey Conference

TBD Change:
- CCHA: drop to Tier 2 (demotion for Bowling Green, Ferris St, L Superior St, N Michigan). Alternately, CCHA could remain Tier I, though I don't think it is considered that in real-life.
