Request Title: Draft Order Update
Description
Just a request to update draft order for playoff teams based on postseason finish. Having the second best league record, not winning in the division, and losing in the WC game is no fun especially when you draft 29th.

This would be a pretty involved change, as accurate postseason performance is no longer available when the draft order is set if there were any changes (including team name changes) since the previous season initialization..
So, I'll leave this on the list for future comments, but please be aware it is unlikely to happen unless there is a big need for it.
