Request Title: 2 minute warning
Description
I saw recently where 2 minute warning was restored in football.
While this is true in NFL/pro, the college game does not have a 2 minute warning.
Just wanted to point this out as I noticed it while reading the Play by play.

The two-minute warning has been replaced with an equivalent two-minute timeout in CCEL.
