The information here is intended to help DEL commissioners run their leagues. There isn't anything in these pages that is necessary for any of the other coaches to know.

Mandatory duties of a commissioner:

Add new coaches from the waiting list, and remove coaches who are no longer participating.
Answer questions from your coaches.
Pro: watch over the transactions (especially trades) to prevent cheating.

Other duties of a commissioner:

Promote your league. Post openings on apropos newsgroups and web lists - especially sport-specific lists, since we try to keep the DEL site listed on general listings.
Make your league interesting and different. Ideas are a separate league home page, weekly chat session, periodic newsletter, etc.
